No doubt OTC Markets Group is for profits since it’s a public company with headquarter in NYC. However, otcmarkets.com is the company’s official website. Unlike Seeking Alpha, it’s not an opinion forum for profits.

Their CEO simply stated why the FINRA daily short volume is misleading in a blog. I believe Mr. Coulson’s opinion is credible and true given his background and resume. Again, he was the chairman of FINRA’s Market Regulation Committee. Had he said the short volume is really what the # says, I would’ve admitted Alan is right.
