Articles of incorporations for both Hexagon Holdings Colorado and On4 Communications Colorado was filed 12/15/2017. It is my understanding that On4 Communications Delaware will merge with On4 Communications Colorado with On4 Communications Colorado being the surviving entity. Then On4 Communications Colorado will merge with Hexagon Holdings with Hexagon Holdings being the surviving entity. (Adopting Hexagons share structure)
