While we are aware of the government shutdown, we have not encountered delays in our ongoing communications with the SEC. We are working closely with their team to ensure that we close the Sound Concepts acquisition, complete the capital raise, and up-list to NASDAQ in accordance with our current, well conceived plan. I cannot comment on specific timing for any of these events, however I can assure all you that we are working diligently to do so on behalf of all shareholders.
