I would also like to see the company take a small bit from a J&J win and file a suit against the group of posters that are doing damage to us stockholders. I know it will not happen but you can dream, its free.
I know KB and I think he would file a suit against a poster or a group of posters. He did this on the Yahoo board, which in 2016 had become a total cesspool with posters threatening to lead FBI raids on other posters at their homes, arrests of posters at church, constant complaints to the SEC and law enforcement. I believe other companies did what KB did and perhaps several of these other companies were deep pockets because it did not take long after the filing of the suit for Yahoo to shut down the message board.
I think it is really dumb of these iHub posters, for example, to lead with their chins, so to speak, because KB and several others know the real life identities of these posters. I also think the final straw was when posters published the addresses of KB's wife and son and the phone number of KB's son. So, if KB sticks around he might use some of the J&J/Platinum windfall to go after non-shareholder and shareholder posters on behalf of shareholders. Do you think he likes these people who ca;; him names, harass and stalk employees and vandalize the company offices?
