While OWCP has disappointed most of us in terms of pps and failure to report status of clinical trials, etc., similar medical cannabis companies have lost comparable value too. That is, the other stocks I follow in this market for any number of reasons have been hammered over the past eighteen months and the pps has sunk just as OWCP has tanked. My point, the head winds created by USA federal legislature and FDA has made it very difficult to attract new money into the mix. This situation does not excuse OWCP insensitivity towards shareholders concerns, but does add to the overall issues that pulls stock prices down.

I am looking forward to Howie's fact finding mission. He, like many of us, has a serious interest in determining what is going on.
