Don’t listen to other board. Joe clearly states on the conf call to a question regarding purchasing stock. Dividend is payable on 2/25/19. Since that is a Monday, you need to be the record owner on Friday 2/22. So with trade date +2 for clearing, I say you need to own by Wednesday 2/20/19 close.
