Yep, that's the info I got from your link. I went to the OAL site and they have not mentioned anything about the regs being published. I'm sure there will be some back and forth on those regs. If they do hit a snag, I imagine that 30 days goes out the window and they have to go back in the process, but not sure. Just seems nothing goes very smoothly in government.
