Great news regarding spin off ...... 1:4 based on only 26 mil shares, wonder how many total shares they have in mind for the new company. They also mentioned possible merger down the road. Im sure Merck has completed due diligence before making a commitment. AE37 didnt start yesterday and if data is positive I dont think we have to wait until 2020 to unlock value.
