I had to log on 3 times because my internet connection died right at 3 pm (CST). Went to cell, net came back so I relogged on via VOIP, then it died again. Stayed on cell the rest of the time. I think I just missed the disclaimer portion of the call, so no loss there!

My take is Joe should ad lib the opening portion - he sounded nervous as he read the prepared statement. Once he got to the questions, he was great. And it was very reassuring that VPs and Presidents of the acquisitions were on the call as well to discuss specific issues re: their deal.

After the negotiating Joe did to get all these companies on board, I wonder if he's available the next time I want to buy a car to come to the dealership with me! LoL!
