Re: Johnreiner #130
Great find, John! I just caught this on the other board(see John's post below). The March 1st date might also be congruent with the BOD integration slated for February.
Also, it appears they are undergoing a $12M expansion.

I wonder if this was a part of either of the CEO's statements, in which Jacques Jarry mentioned a "stronger and Expanded" network, or by which Ronak Shah mentioned Toron and InMed becoming "a force in the Southeastern United States healthcare market." It appears neighbors are already working with neighbors.
"For those of you who believe that Toron Inc owns the Inmed Group Inc , I may be onto something regarding Mountain Lakes Hospital and Northeast Georgia Hospital....
Qoute from Mountian Lakes FB page:
“ Mountain Lakes Medical Center is excited to announce new an improved physician staffing for Emergency Care!
Beginning March 1st, when you visit MLMC's Emergency Department you’ll be treated by the same team of physicians who provide care at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
More details coming soon! Tomorrow's edition of The Clayton Tribune will have a full story!”
TRON"
PS Line item number two is pretty interesting as well, seeing what your original post already gave away. Amazing the way all of the dates are lining up!
In the hopes of securing state approval for its proposed ASC in Braselton, Ga., Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton is holding an information session Jan. 16.
What you should know:
1. Northeast Georgia Medical Center Braselton President Anthony Williamson will explain how attendees can help the ASC project move forward.
2. The Georgia Department of Community Health is expected to make a decision on the project in March.
3. If approved, the ASC could open in spring 2021.
"ASCs typically have less intense services compared to being in a hospital, generally resulting in a lower cost. Patients who have surgery or a procedure at an ASC usually return home on the same day," the event page states. "We need YOUR support to help secure state approval and move forward. Please come to this information session to learn more our efforts to bring this important service to the community."
