So this time, there should be no confusion over whether this is a dividend or a split, right? We aren't going to wake up on Feb 26 and see Generex shares down 25%. Because the shares awarded are going into a new company, there will be nothing listed as a split anywhere. I still find that so annoying that last time the brokerages listed it as a split.
