From the Q- "On January 11th, 2019, the Company announced that it entered into a partnership with Idea Pharma whereby Idea Pharma will work with the Company’s subsidiaries to optimize their commercial strategy and help them implement their product development programs to maximize commercial success. Under the terms of the agreement, Idea will receive a nominal monthly fee of a total of $20,000, paid by the Company’s subsidiaries (average monthly fee of $5,000/subsidiary), as well as a royalty on product sales, with a total cap of royalties paid to Idea Pharma of $100M from net commercial sales. The agreement is to last 5 years, with an option to renew upon mutual consent."
