Based on the success & professionalism of R&G's Team, I'm certain that they have, and will keep other defendants aware of options available to them for settlement, based on the changing scenario forthcoming with SA! And of course if by even a long shot chance our SA Appeal is decided "based on briefs", in our favor or course, then the pendulum will swing quickly, resulting in an ultimatum (last chance before trial!) to those remaining defendants! All IMHO!
