I’m not 100%, but I’m pretty sure TMDI did a RS (30:1) to uplist. Several patents, yes. However, the management and partnerships are nowhere near what NFUSZ has to offer. TMDI has been a massive flop post uplist and I suspect additional financing will be required. I think if NFUSZ does a RS for uplist purposes (full disclosure, I don’t think they’ll need to do so), they have positioned them for success in ways most companies dream of. The technology and partnerships NFUSZ brings with it at the time of uplisting will make this a rewarding investment
