When the case is reversed in our favor 2 things will happen. SA will negotiate a settlement or go to trial to determine damages. Either way we get paid just one way takes longer. No biggie because in the meantime the other defendants will be knocking down the door to settle. Once we get a ruling the cases on hold go live again. At the same time letters are sent to our second round of infringers. Reversal = fortunes!
