There is a need for the courts to do more than just reverse the lower court's dismissal of SFOR's infringement claims. The Appeals Court or the lower court must rule on the amount of compensation! If no settlements are reached, it could go back to the lower court for a jury trial. If so, it would make for a long delay but SFOR would hopefully gain treble damages.
But I'm no expert on this.
