This pps and the trend it is going through is eroding my already thin patience. Owcp is listed abroad (NY) not just in Israel so I think and believed they have to abide by the normal protocol. Inform the SHs accordingly. Much was expected before end of 2017 and so much more was expected by the end of 2018. Just saying.
