yeah i know we will still own a little over half of the new company.....thanks....
this is really bonus value doubled....we will get the benefits from both companies...anyway you put it, its much better than we were before October of last year....please keep providing your insights into this daydream we are in....

Msowid, the spin out numbers of 200 shares for every 1000 shares GNBT was only speculative on my part. I was just guessing as to GNBT giving 40% to shareholders thru dividend and/or rights offering. It could be more or less. Don’t be dismayed. Also don’t forget that means GNBT would still hold 60% so you would still have ownership thru GNBT and those shares would go up accordingly
