I have really learned something new here.  IMO, coallidal

Iron, from spring water would be less harmful than a

metallic Iron form.  Monitoring Iron levels in a male to

determine a predisposition to this condition would warrant

having a "base" iron level drawn.  Eating less foods that

contain iron would be the next step if labs reveal such a

condition.  Nature's Path is the Wellness Path. Thank you
