There is no rational way to describe MMEX as a "solid" company - MMEX is a super-dilutive OTC shell company, with no business operations, no employees, no suppliers, no customers, no assets, sitting atop nearly $40-million in cumulative losses and liabilities.
MMEX has no independent directors, no corporate governance, and has never been "solid" in its entire history of existence.
