Ah yes, the MMEX shart-holder letter, from the pied-piper of B.S. himself, skeevy 'ol Mad J.
As is predictable, if and when the shart-holder letter is published, from the desk of Mad J. himself, it will foretell more delays, offer more rancid bacon-wrapped rotting carrots on a stick, and contain news of no material progress - just excuses and misleading claims.
