The reality is they fucked every single company and individual they have ever came in contact with. They sold over 200k in “preferred” stock out of their own shares on the side for years. A true shame because they had a chance to be a good company but these fucks were to stupid to do anything with it but run it as their own personal piggy bank. This “company” was done before it started.
