Since we are talking about Microsoft, Amazon and Salesforce, did you ever see a company where all of them wanted a piece of?
A company in the CRM space? A company with interesting tech? A company that takes the friction out of sales? Sound familiar?
Tact.ai closed $57M in a number of rounds. Each of these giants own over a $1B of other companies. Some more. it
Why wouldn't one of themjust buy it? Why not block out the others?
Maybe that was the only way Tact.ai would structure the deal.
If they raised $27M, they likely are not profitable and not pulling in a ton of revenue yet. So if they raised a total of $57M, is that what they are worth?
