Everyone shares will be different Orlando. Don’t know how many shares you have of GNBT and what % of the shares that is. So let’s say we have 75M shares out for GNBT at that time, and GNBT wants to keep 60% of the spin out, then 40% going out in dividend and rights. Maybe AE will have 75M shares too, so 30M shares going out. Out of that, maybe 15M as dividends and 15M as rights offering (again this is just so we can speculate on numbers). 1000 shares divided by 75M, is 0.00001333. So 0.00001333 times 15M is 200 shares. So for every 1000 shares of GNBT maybe you get 200 shares of AE plus rights to buy 200 more?
