About 20% of my clinics patients get their medicine by mail already. Some are from pharmacy benefit managers(PBM's) like Express Scripts some are from specialty pharmacies. Joe's plan with Terry Thompson's experience and help is to not only duplicate what Medco did but improve it and decrease the costs by getting as many services as possible included in the MSO. More services>less cost>more business>more revenue
