Individually, these companies are what they are. As part of an integrated conglomerate down the road, they are worth much more. The pitch is this: "You aren't selling your company- you are joining a new company with infinitely greater capabilities". Certainly not a new concept but given the changing health care landscape, this could be quite huge indeed.

exactly my sentiments about these deals....these companies have 'some hurdles' with getting cash to go to the top....here comes the savior...GENEREX...
