In my world I get pitted against another person that is the complete opposite of me. (jokingly) We want to clobber each other on a regular basis. The company does this because we always find the best compromise on complex problems. In my world conformation is necessary and effective.

Make your choice and accept the consequences when you're wrong. Being wrong is okay as long as you learn from it.
