Re: DieselBuzz #4310
I've been part of several multi-hundred million dollar projects across the sector. Unlike the failure known as MMEX, these projects, once market opportunity was identified, went from concept to fully-financed within intervals less than 180-days - usually much more rapidly.
Once the financing was in place, these projects, depending on size and complexity were completed in time-frames from 180-days to 18-months - even large-diameter, interstate transmission pipelines, two of which required more than $1Bn in project financing, multiple permits with numerous state and federal agencies.
One of the clearest ways to detect that MMEX is a fraud is the length of time from announcement of the project, March 2017, to date - without having even soft-circled financing. There are dozens of ways to determine that MMEX is fraudulent, from groundbreaking ceremonies held without first having financing in place, to dozens of toxic loans.
