Look at it this way. Would it even be worth doing a RS of 1:2? Would it send the wrong message? What is the purpose of the RS in the first ace?
I'm sure there was a lot of thought that went into their decision of not only preparing for a possible RS, but what ratios would be best suited for the need of uplisting. If the RS, or even a future FS were to occur for other reasons than uplisting then the ratios would most likely be different. Personally, I believe that if we only needed a 1:2 RS that we would still do a 1:5 just to give us some leeway on NASDAQ.
