Doesn't matter what anyone says, 99% of the time the price of a large construction project will change, and it usually goes up. Just kind of the nature of the business. Mr. Hanks is a great businessman. Not to many people can handle such a large project and have this many people come together to achieve one goal. Truly impressive.
