Listened to the interview now....am on a different time zone....really, really fascinating....we are in the middle of a transformation to a big pharma company...
the interviewer asks where are you going to come up with money needed to close these acquisitions....Moscato, not blinking, just said that these companies trust their babies with him and believe that he will deliver....nothing more.....pushed again by interviewer to give more info....Moscato assured him that NO SHARES WERE USED SO FAR TO ACQUIRE ANY (except something a couple of years ago) OF THE RECENT ACQUISITIONS THAT WE HAVE BEEN TALKING ABOUT....This is amazing.....you have a troth of 34,000,000 shares that are worth about 56,000,000 million dollars that you could utilize at any moment (they are part of the equation) and you have not touched them, when you need them the most.....this reminds me of a story of one of my youngest children....being in a candy store (where they could choose anything they want)....and they look at you and say....Papa....i want an apple....
