Hey boys. I sent Mark Gilbert an email after the filings came out. I asked him if the A/S raise was a big middle finger to the shareholders. Here's what he said word for word.
"Hey Michael,
There are 3 pieces of news, one, the AS Increase is 1, there are 2 more to go.
By Tuesday, the answer to whether it’s a ‘middle Finger’, (or), Something More, WILL BE ANSWERED.
