White had already promised an update today so he followed through on his public commitment.....shit happens in the normal course of business that delays things regardless of the business....happens all the time especially when legalities and lawyers are involved.

If he didn't issue the update peeps would be ripping him and calling him a liar.

Transparency works both ways...good & bad. Mr. White promised an update and he issued an update......that is called integrity and the foundation of any good management team.
