You did good toodles as third party confirmation of any sort is always helpful, especially in OTC where many of us have been made skeptical over the years by so many CEOs who don't deliver basic items for no good reason (especially when they bring up these items and don't follow through or deliver on them or provide further info)... it's too bad there's probably easy proof of actions by a CEO but he/she for whatever reason(s) is unwilling to share.

The dissemination of information by a CEO is always great to have and should be simple and clear... because of negative experience, I do have problems when a CEO shares information in a 'cryptic' manner.

All of the above applies to every and any CEO as far as I'm concerned... especially in OTC...
