Can't imagine a spin off of AE will be detailed. Maybe just a comment that is what they plan to do, but we need to uplist GNBT first and that requires ALL of AE to get it done. Then after a few quarters of tremendous revenue, GNBT stock price can hold it's own and a spin off can happen. Of course, this is all my opinion.
