There was a comprehensive immigration reform plan passed by the Senate with GOP votes. Remember the 'gang of seven', yeah those republicans.
Ryan wouldn't even put it on the floor for debate.
It included money for fencing, more border patrol, path to citizenship that required going to the end of the line, learning English, paying past taxes and fines to be eligible for…..a Green card.
