$KPAY is getting a small bid today. About 5 days ago they announced a $200 million financing that they are going to close to help them consolidate the business. I did some DD and believe it is real. This company is worth $6.50 if the $200 mil comes in so $.30 is represents very little downside versus the massive upside IF this is real. My DD and this article are in synch.
