Looks like some time after February 9th or 10th it will be legal to cancel close to 99% of the outstanding shares. Going to be a low floater next month and in the process of an acquisition of an IT company. I smell news in the pipeline.
Any day we should hear of the delivery of their new pre built facility, followed by share cancellation and also acquisition news. And they did say they were expecting revenue 1st quarter.
Bitcoin is coming back up. Should be interesting the next few weeks.
