Like you I'm 99% sure of legal victory. Based on what another poster has case referenced today, a decision being rendered the following day is probable. If Tuesday 2/5 sees that, how long from then will the court issue a mandate? Anyone know? I ask because once the industry is aware, they will have to license SFOR IP or be in violation of a court ordered mandate. Once aware of this mandate, industry customers should come flooding through our door!
