what i'm watching for is the next BoD adds by Innovation .. as a prelude to uplisting .. then what i would be watching for is how NR handles IPIX (stock) .. i could be totally wrong .. but i think how AMRN was handled is a possible clue as to how (IPIX will be) handled ..

NR took AMRN up to 23 and change .. but AMRN's I/O is 322,917,000 (using I/O and not the Float which are the shares actually traded) because i don't have the time to access AMRN's Float data ..

then comp that to IPIX's I/O of 174,457,938 .. I am rounding that number upward to 225M-250M .. because i am *presuming* there will be additional outlays of treasury stock for BoD and other aspects

my best guess as i've noted to others (and what has to be understood is that once an OTC survivor executes NR has no choice but to take the stock price up .. albeit if the time frame is long enough .. almost so slowly as to be non noticeable) is we'll see an immediate jump in price (which is why i suspect we saw the totally bizarre volume done from 9.12.18 to EOY) to get that volume .. i'd use a price point of 1.25 to 2.50 .. then the next round imo will be 3.00 to 4.50 ..

the area i'm watching to see is 4.50 to 5.00 .. because if memory serves .. the high NR *ran* IPIX to was 4.96 .. .. when that price point breaks .. i'd be watching volume and where NR has to take IPIX to .. b4 being able to try and reset back ..

AMRN was taken to 23 and change .. from a price point of approx 3 and change .. then taken back down to about 13 or so b4 cycle starts being reworked yet again

my best guess (and again this is only based on what NR has done .. not what comes out of mgmt) is NR will have to take IPIX to a price point between $23 to $28

it could be higher depending on what comes to pass out of Innovation .. but if NRs' past patterns are prologue .. that is what i see

the bizarre volume done by NR in the last 4 months has to be *handled* imo and my gut tells me NR expects that to be handled in the 50c to 1.50 price point

NRs' problem will come into play with investors like myself .. who have no issues selling some *shares* .. but know exactly the price point i will be selling at .. based on what Innovation files

this is NRs' biggest *gamble* imo .. and why their brutalization of IPIX over the last year specifically .. has been so revealing to me

as always every investor will have to do what is best for themselves .. it's their money .. and their respective comfort level ..

again *volume* is the key .. remember if NR was doing on avg 500k to 600k in volume when running IPIX (CTIX) to upper $4s .. that works out to $2,250,000.00 (500k x $4.50) daily .. turning that around and using .12c volume would be 18,750,000 *shares* .. daily .. NR can't even muster together any volume of significance that isn't wash traded and/or hidden and/or marked %wise significantly .. cut that in half it's 9M in volume .. cut that in half it's 4.5M .. cut that in half it's 2.25M .. and so it goes .. they can't do *maintenance* and it's why i pointed out on 9.14.18 that NR would have to address *volume* issues on IPIX .. and they did so with a vengeance

to the point where it was so obviously bizarre and *off* .. and clearly algos gleaned something from the K filed ah's on 9.11.18 (turns out to have been the term sheet) because the volume pattern change out kicked in on the 12th of September .. and didn't let up thru the EO 2018

what this means is that Innovation has investors .. not traders .. imo NR has squeezed out *retail traders* on the brutalization (relentless pps compression) of the last few years .. what is left are investors who aren't selling and NR and *trading* crews that infest IHUB .. and that is why imo volume will tell true in alignment with what Innovation files going forward
