One whole week to get a letter out about a subject that was promised to be done 6 months ago (July 4th) is just not good enough! I forget who asked yesterday if Steve had access to a fax machine and/or overnight mail. What's holding up the PR for the DE debt resolution - a subject that was deemed to be super critical for ONCI going forward? I still have trouble understanding what took more than a year to pay $1,200.
