Yeah, and most of the trading is pure momentum chasing, just as it's been since the MJ stocks first appeared. This stock is a sleeping low-float giant. I agree that the party will start when the licenses are received. Then once the financial reporting resumes, they'll be right back chasing this stock, and it'll run hard.
