Anyone interested in buying tokens should get their questions answered by the company. Call them or write them.
IMO The pre-STO and STO rounds have a minimum of $25k and require accredited investor status. It's in all the public information I have seen. After the STO is finished, eventually the tokens might resell between holders.
Serious investors wanting tokens should IMO contact the company directly.
