Good Morning Folks. Yesterday I received a phone call from Doctor Dalton --- this is the first I ever talked to him. Doctor Dalton apologized for not getting in contact with me earlier, but hopes to have more contact going forward.
Doctor Dalton wanted me to know that everything was proceeding well with Univec. I asked specifically about the cannabis transdermal patch because we have heard no word about this patch since the first press release by AGRiMED. Doctor Dalton informed me we do indeed have a cannabis transdermal patch, and it is being tested both in labs and in trials. A network of healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals has been developed and that work continues until product launch.
The Univec cannabis transdermal patch will be covered by insurance, and it will be offered free of charge to treat certain specific ailments.
Doctor Dalton seemed upbeat and positive, and stated that Univec supporters will be rewarded. He thanked the members of this board for their support.
The call lasted for about 15 to 20 minutes. I must say I was impressed with Doctor Dalton. He is well spoken and polite and comes across as a person one can trust. I suspect that when we do get news (which may be soon) it will be like drinking water from a firehose because so much will come at us in a short period of time.
