Upon the Federal Appeals court reversing the lower Court’s ruling, the case will be remanded back down to the lower Court with instructions on how to proceed and will be managed by the Federal Appeals Court to make sure the case is handled properly. If SecureAuth was smart (IMO), they would settle immediately. However, if they insist on proceeding, the case will proceed on to a Jury Trial. With no defense remaining to defend their continuing to infringe on our Patent, it appears we would be in line for Triple Damages at the hands of the jury. Meanwhile, all other cases on stay will proceed to settlement or the same fate. Yes, the future is looking bright !!!
