Joe, Larry Salvo, and two other officers of the company donated 95% of their shares back to Generex. Rough estimate 30M shares. At current price of 1.70 that would equal $51M. That is the only resource I see that could cover the expense of completing the deals. I don't know if any revenue generated by the pharmacy business is available.
