I emailed Mark earlier today and his responses was:

“I am not aware of the government shut down effecting our court case on Feb 4th.“

No guarantees as things can change, but to me sounds like all systems go from their perspective as well as I’m sure he’d know if the potential of a delay had been brought up by our lawyers.
