Telecombas S.A. is a business that operates only in Ecuador (I just read their website) and it's the only company mentioned in the press release that's implementing ProtectID (Caroni is the distributor and Strikeforce's partner)

Maybe Caroni has plans to expand further to other countries in South America in the near future, but only the Ecuadorian company is mentioned so far - Telecombas S.A.
