Thank you Bazinga. After you posted this I called into the Court of Appeals office and spoke to one of the Admin folks there. He confirmed that it is business as usual for them. Then, I asked him about our case # 18-1470 (Strikeforce vs SecureAuth) on February 4th and he said it will still be heard on that day.
