Even if the shutdown does not end in 3 days that does not mean that the court will delay operations in February. Something could happen to fund it like what was said about IRS tax refunds and also it may be able to have the funding to operate another month, etc. etc. It could just be that no more updates are posted regardless and it will continue as scheduled.
